This is where diagnostic chains lose the most winnable ground. They have the prices. They collect home samples in those cities. A Bangalore user in 560100 searching “home collection lipid profile near me” wants three things: is the lab available in their pincode, what is the cost, how soon can the phlebotomist reach them. The chain with a pincode-facet page that answers all three directly in schema wins the citation and the booking. Most chains answer none of the three at the pincode level.
Here is the pincode-facet architecture that has worked across three client rollouts. Each pincode gets a LocalBusiness or MedicalOrganization schema instance tied to the nearest collection centre or hub lab. Home-collection availability is a yes/no machine-readable field with a service area polygon in GeoCoordinates. Top 40 tests for that pincode get price, turnaround and sample-type overlaid from the test schema. The page loads a pincode-specific FAQ (what is the collection window, can I get evening slots, what is the weekend availability). That FAQ is pincode-specific. Not city-specific. Not chain-wide. Pincode.
For a chain covering 800 pincodes, that is 800 pages. Generated from templates. Maintained in a single database that feeds the page generator.
