The rules for using the upGrowth Growth Toolkit, our free MCP server, from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI or any Google product it becomes available in.
The upGrowth Growth Toolkit (the “Toolkit”) is an MCP server run by upGrowth Digital LLP, 31, Cloud-9, NIBM Road, Pune, India (“upGrowth”, “we”). It answers requests sent through AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini CLI, and through Google products such as Gemini and AI Mode in Search if Google accepts it as a connected app.
It runs growth, advertising, payments and creator-income calculations, generates SEO code (schema markup, meta tags and robots.txt files), analyses text you paste, checks a website’s public AI crawler rules, returns entries from our published Growth Moves research, and shares a link to book a call with us. Details are on the Growth Toolkit page.
You can use the Toolkit free of charge. You don’t need an upGrowth account, and the Toolkit doesn’t ask you to sign in. By using it you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the Toolkit.
Calculator results are arithmetic on the numbers you provide. They’re estimates for planning, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Check any figure, and any generated code, before you rely on it. Pasted text is analysed for that request only and not kept.
Growth Moves entries summarise public sources dated in each entry; follow the source link for the original. The AI crawler check reports what a site’s robots.txt says at the moment of the check. It doesn’t see firewall or CDN rules, and some crawlers don’t follow robots.txt.
The Toolkit processes only the inputs needed to answer each request, and it doesn’t store them after it replies. It doesn’t ask for personal information.
All tools except the AI crawler check, including the generators and the content check, make no calls to other services. The AI crawler check fetches the public robots.txt and llms.txt files of the domain you name, identifying itself as upGrowth-Growth-Toolkit, and nothing else from that site.
Our Privacy Policy explains how upGrowth handles data more broadly. The terms and privacy policy of the assistant you use (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or another provider) govern how that product handles your request.
Don’t use the Toolkit to break the law, to overload or probe our servers, to scrape it in bulk, or to point the crawler check at sites in a way that amounts to abuse. We may block traffic that does.
We provide the Toolkit “as is” and may change, pause or retire it, or update these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
To the extent the law allows, upGrowth isn’t liable for losses that arise from using the Toolkit or relying on its results.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune having jurisdiction. Questions: contact us.
