We partner with founders and leadership teams to solve core growth challenges—from product–market fit and GTM strategy to customer acquisition and revenue growth—using data, customer insight, and strategic clarity.
As we expand globally, we are appointing three senior, independent sales leaders to represent upGrowth across North America, MENA, and Asia Pacific.
Role Overview
This is not an employment role.
We are looking for experienced, well-networked independent consultants who can originate high-quality growth consulting opportunities in their region.
You will operate independently, under your own business or self-employed status, and work directly with the CEO and founding team to shape opportunities and close strategic engagements.
upGrowth’s internal team manages strategy, delivery, and execution once the opportunity is originated.
What You Will Do
- Own new business origination for your assigned region
- Leverage your network to engage founders, CXOs, and senior leaders
- Lead discovery conversations around growth challenges and opportunities
- Position upGrowth’s growth consultation and strategy engagements
- Collaborate with the CEO and founding team on proposals and closures
- Maintain senior relationships to support renewals and long-term partnerships
Compensation
- Commission-only engagement
- Premium commission on gross revenue for every new client you originate
- Renewal commission for retained clients (typically capped at 12 months)
- No fixed salary, no working hours, no employment-style KPIs
Full commission details and minimum engagement values are shared with shortlisted candidates.
Who This Role Is For
- Senior business development, consulting, or partnerships professionals
- Individuals with an existing regional network at founder/CXO level
- Consultants who have sold high-value B2B, SaaS, or strategic services
- Independent operators comfortable with autonomy and outcome-based earnings
Who This Role Is Not For
- Junior or mid-level sales profiles
- Candidates seeking full-time employment or fixed compensation
- Transactional or high-volume sales roles
Requirements
- Based in (or deeply networked within) North America, MENA, or APAC
- Ability to operate as an independent contractor (self-employed or registered entity)
- Strong access to senior decision-makers
- Experience with consultative, solution-led sales cycles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
