Most clients reduce ad waste by 25 to 40% within 60 days with structured optimisation. Schedule a call to discuss your specific opportunities.
The tool compares each of your input metrics against the industry benchmark for your selected vertical. Where your metrics fall below benchmark, the tool calculates the incremental revenue or efficiency loss attributable to that gap and converts it into a rupee waste figure. The six category waste values are summed to produce your total estimated monthly waste.
The Waste Score is a composite index that reflects the overall level of inefficiency in your paid campaigns relative to industry benchmarks. A lower score indicates more waste. The score factors in the severity of each metric gap and its proportional contribution to your total ad spend.
The tool supports Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn as primary platforms. Quality score benchmarks are calibrated for Google Ads by default. For Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, the tool recommends entering 7 as a neutral quality score baseline since these platforms do not publish an equivalent metric.
Impression share waste occurs when your ads are eligible to appear but are not being served due to budget limitations, low ad rank, or quality score issues. Every percentage point of impression share below benchmark represents a portion of your reachable audience that your competitors are capturing instead.
You should run the Performance Marketing Waste Detector monthly, or whenever you make significant changes to your campaigns, budgets, or landing pages. Running it before and after major optimisations also gives you a measurable way to track how much waste has been recovered over time.
