upGrowth is a growth marketing consultancy working with funded startups across fintech, edutech, and healthtech. We’ve scaled brands like Fi.Money from 5K to 500K organic clicks with 28,000+ featured snippets and taken Scripbox from 20M to 45M impressions.

The line between marketing strategy and product building has disappeared. Clients don’t just need campaigns — they need tools, calculators, dashboards, internal systems, landing page builders, and AI-powered workflows.

We’re hiring a Professional Vibe Coder to turn ideas into working products using AI-first development tools. No traditional coding background required — exceptional planning ability, systems thinking, and product taste are mandatory.

This is not a prompt engineering role. 80% of your time goes into planning, PRDs, context management, and parallel prototyping. 20% into AI-assisted building.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BUILD

Internal tools and systems:

• Client reporting dashboards that auto-pull data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms
• Lead qualification and scoring tools integrated with CRM and email workflows
• SEO audit tools and content gap analyzers built on proprietary frameworks
• AI-powered automation workflows eliminating repetitive delivery tasks
• Internal knowledge bases and SOPs built as usable tools, not static documents

Client-facing products and deliverables:

• Landing pages, micro-sites, and campaign-specific web experiences shipped in days
• Interactive calculators, ROI estimators, and assessment tools that generate leads
• MVPs and proof-of-concept products for client pitches and pilots
• Custom dashboards for real-time campaign visibility
• AI-enabled tools that become part of the client’s growth stack

Productized offerings for upGrowth:

• Growth diagnostic tools for prospects before sales conversations
• Customer journey mapping tools built on internal frameworks
• AI consulting deliverables including audits, trackers, and enablement portals

HOW YOU’LL WORK

1. Plan Before You Build
   Start every project with a PRD defining scope, architecture, flows, and success criteria.
2. Parallel Prototyping
   Build 4–5 parallel prototypes to quickly identify what works.
3. Context Window Management
   Maintain clean context using markdown to align AI agents across complex builds.
4. Systematic Debugging
   Debug methodically instead of random re-prompting.
5. Ship and Iterate
   Ship fast, gather feedback, and iterate based on real usage.
